What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We offer a variety of sizes and options for enclosures at our facility. Our types of units range from canopy/roof-only units to climate-controlled, fully enclosed units. The size of our units ranges from 10 x 8 to 15 x 60.
How secure are the storage units?
We take the security of our facilities very seriously and therefore invest in solid fencing/walls for our property. We have security cameras installed, and all tenants receive their own personal code for the property.
Can I access my RV or boat anytime, or are there specific hours?
You may access your unit 7 days a week, between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. Office hours are M-S 8am – 4pm
Is the facility equipped to handle large vehicles and trailers?
Our facilities are specially constructed to store large-sized RVs, vehicles, and trailers.
Are the storage units climate-controlled?
We offer many units that are climate-controlled.
Do you have a dump station?
Yes, our facility features a dump station for our tenants.
Do you have on-site management?
Our facility will feature on-site management, available to our tenants Monday-Saturday, hours varying. Our professional on-site management team is happy to assist our tenants with any questions or concerns they may have.
What kinds of security measures are in place to protect against theft and damage?
Security is a priority for your valuables. Along with our oversized steel gates, we have security cameras working 24/7, monitoring our property. The entry and exits are recorded, and gates or doors only open with your own unique personal code.
Is the storage facility insured?
It is the responsibility of the lessee to obtain insurance for all property stored at our facility. Our facility shall not be liable for the loss of or damage due to theft, the elements, fire, water, vandalism, animals, acts of God, defects, latent or manifest, the premises or its equipment, or acts of other lessees.
Is there a reservation fee, and is it refundable?
We do require a deposit as part of securing a unit. This deposit is refundable upon the cancellation of the service, upon all conditions being met.
Can I transfer my reservation to a different storage unit size if needed?
We are able to transfer any credits or unpaid rent to a different storage unit if a change is made.
